This is going to be a short post because it’s honestly pretty simple. It’s profound and it’s a concept worth spending a lot of inner dialogue on. This is the concept of self belief. Have you ever had a goal (weight loss is a great example) that you kept reaching for but always seemed to sabotage yourself somehow and you can’t figure out why??
Our subconscious is such a powerful thing. There’s a saying that goes “Whether you believe you can or whether you believe you can’t, you’re absolutely right”. If you don’t believe that you can, you simply won’t. Even if you try anyway, if you deep down really believe you can’t (even though your words to yourself say you can) you’ll sabotage your efforts.
If you truly believe that you can, you can overcome any hurdle that will stand in your way.
